OZONE MONITORING SOLUTIONS
Match the analyzer to your measurement
Define the sample, concentration range and integration requirements before choosing an ozone analyzer.
Semiconductor-focused gas monitoring
Start with the MIC500-OZ for wall-mounted ozone gas concentration measurement. Its dual-path UV absorption system, automatic zero calibration, temperature and pressure compensation, and industrial signal outputs provide a basis for reviewing your installation.
Share the gas composition, concentration range, sample pressure, temperature and flow. The analyzer and sampling arrangement must match the specific process.
Ozone generator monitoring
Choose a range for the expected generator outlet concentration. Review the sampling pressure and available installation space. Exhaust gas measurement requires a dehumidification device.
Dissolved ozone measurement
Review the OZ-150W, OZ-180W and OZ-300W families for ozone in water. Confirm the liquid composition, material compatibility, concentration range and sample flow arrangement.
From requirements to configuration
- Define the measurement: gas or dissolved ozone, concentration range and measurement location.
- Review the sample: composition, pressure, temperature, flow and moisture or liquid conditions.
- Choose the installation: wall-mounted, compact, rack-mounted or benchtop, depending on the model.
- Confirm integration: power supply, RS-485, 4–20 mA output and any required alarm configuration.
Tell us what you need to measure
Include the target range, sample conditions and required outputs. A process diagram or sampling description can help explain the installation.
