The MIC100OZ measures ozone gas concentration using dual-path UV absorption with an LED light source. Its wall-mounted IP65 enclosure is equipped with waterproof power and signal connectors.

Application and Selection
Use for ozone generator outlet or exhaust gas concentration measurement with the appropriate sampling arrangement. Exhaust gas measurement requires a dehumidification device.
